At Silver Swallow Mercantile, every item is carefully handcrafted in small batches with love and intention. Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we typically cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
However, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@silverswallowmercantile.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll review your concern and work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please note:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.
We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, including party favors or custom gift baskets.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
